No, you can go about your normal daily activities at work or play. Just don’t go for a swim while wearing it…..Oska doesn’t like water! It is a valuable bio-electronic device so please treat accordingly.
Oska Pulse can be used under or over clothing so you don’t have to place it on your skin. Place Oska close to the source of pain, not necessarily where you feel the pain. For example, sciatic pain felt in the outer hip or thigh area, may be due to pressure on the sciatic nerve in the lower back. In this case, place Oska in the lumbar region (L4-L5).
Whilst there is no limit, we recommend 90 minutes to 3 hours each day; more if treating chronic pain.
Most people notice an improvement quite quickly, even after the first few applications. However, this may not be everyone's experience. A condition you’ve had for several years will take longer than a few days to resolve. Typically, improvement is noticeable after several weeks, and reinforced with continued use. Persistent use is the key.
Drinking more water will optimise PEMF treatment. The effects of modulating cell membrane can assist in flushing toxins from the bloodstream. If you experience headaches during or after using Oska, you should increase your fluid intake.
Your magnetic bracelet uses a static magnet. Oska Pulse uses a series of modulated pulsed electromagnetic energy fields that create a more profound action in the body. These energy fields are designed to resonate with (or mimic) the same electrical potentials (energy) generated by cellular activity in your body that happens naturally during physical activity.
You are safe to travel with your Oska Pulse. Oska owners have travelled the world many times and have never been challenged. However, it would be safe to have a brochure or user guide with you just in case you're met with questions! If asked about the battery, it uses the same type of batteries used in mobile phones. When in an aircraft, treat Oska like your mobile phone. When given the request to turn your phones or reading devices on or off, you do the same with Oska. We recommend using a sock or stocking to hold the Oska in and pin it to your clothing. It’s easy to lose it when you fall asleep. Trying to retrieve it from under the seat in front of you may not be easy!
